This 4-part blank laser set includes preprinted W-2 Employer Copy A (federal, red scannable) and blank 2-up sheets for you to print Employer Copy D (file) and Employee Copies B (federal) and C (file). All 8.5" x 11" sheets are 20# laser paper with no side perforation (format changed in 2001) and do not include employee instructions on Back. Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee. Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file, you'll get all of the necessary forms. Envelope compatibility depends on your software. If you're using ours, use envelope #DWENV05 or #SWENV05.
