This 6-part set includes a preprinted W-2 copy A (red scannable) and blank 2-up laser sheets for employer copies D (file) and 1 (state). Print employee copies B (federal), C (file) and 2 (state) on one blank 4-up quadrant style perforated sheet. All 8.5" x 11" sheets are constructed of 20# laser paper with no side perforation and do not include employee instructions on Back. Print each copy as a batch, then fold and mail recipient copies. No collating or separating needed! Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file, you'll get all necessary forms. Mail employer copies in a batch to the SSA and state. Mail employee copies in the envelopes included.
