This 4-part blank laser set includes preprinted W-2 Employer Copy A (federal, red scannable) and blank 2-up sheets for you to print Employer Copy D (file) and Employee Copies B (federal) and C (file). All 8.5" x 11" sheets are 20# laser paper with no side perforation (format changed in 2001) and do not include employee instructions on Back. Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee.
